Laser Cutting

I have experimented using different fabrics on the laser cutter to produce the pentagram shapes. I experimented with cotton, jersey and velvet. The best fabric to work with is cotton as it gives a clean cut finish. Velvet and jersey didn't turn out as successful as the material frayed. Jersey is the material I was planning to use for my pentagram idea. It may be that I find an alternative method of creating the pentagram sample using a sewing machine.
