I have created some glove design ideas combining ideas of Ellen Greene and witchcraft. This glove is inspired more by her black and white designs. With a big motif of the tree of life in the centre and more simple designs on the fingers this design looks like it could be from traditional wiccan practices.
I created this design with fine liner pens. To develop more inspiration from Greene I shall create a sample inspired by her more colourful gloves.

I have created a more vibrant wiccan glove design idea. I chose green as the main colour as it is the colour which is often associated with witches. The pentagram is the largest symbol on this design as its the most popular symbol used in Witchcraft. The fingers and thumbs feature each element within Wicca.
I created this design using felt tip pens which have created a bold, vibrant sample.
Out of the two designs I prefer the first one as I feel the felt tip pens make the design look childish. A way to develop this hand sample I could use a different media using the same colour to see if that creates a more sophisticated look. To create the shape of these sample I simply drew around my hand. To create a more realistic hand I shall draw one from scratch instead of using my own as a vague template.
